Process Expert

The team that you will work is responsible to ensure that the Amazon Private Brand products have been tested in certified laboratories and that you will comply with the legal requirements of target selling market place, to take appropriate actions in order to protect customers from recalled or unsafe products and also, to classify products based on their potential hazardous risk and laws.
Key job responsibilities
Roles and Responsibility
• Master key global product regulatory requirement and apply the knowledge in daily product compliance operation including compliance document review, product type classification and product testing, and post launch Surveillance.
• Handle new/complex products to address critical compliance requirement from business and selling partners.
• Handle selling partner and other key stakeholder engagement and training by through effective communication, training and other channels, provide support timely and correctly.
• Maintain vendor management process documentation and training.
• Handling compliance crisis or escalations, and address product compliance concerns timely and correctly.
• Be Compliance Operation focal point of worldwide projects including new system launch, new task on-boarding, and Kai-zen activities
• Ensure that good ideas are consistently implemented across all tasks to improve efficiency and standardize process workflows to meet KPI goals
• Understand the business and identify potential areas of improvement from a technical perspective or regulatory risk.


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of working experience • Strong logical thinking, planning, organizational, and interpersonal skills • Strong multi-tasking ability and experience with meeting multiple deadlines • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of ambiguity • Good Japanese & English communication skills (both verbal and written) with vendor, client, or customer-facing experience
Preferred qualifications
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS • 2+years lab experience or have product safety regulation knowledge • familiar with EU/NA compliance regulatory or specialize in Cosmetics/Medical related industrial. • Relevant experience in retail, operations, and/or business management with a proven history of delivering results • Experience in a Customer service, Client relations management or project management experience • Lean Six Sigma Green belt (or equivalent), PMP certification • Data Analysis skills like VBA, SQL, Python etc
