详细工作内容
Hotel Vertical Key Account Manager
Responsibilities:
1.Establish solid business relationship with key clients and giant end users.
2.Knows very well decision makers structure of hotel vertical.
3.Can lead the relationship with key decision makers of top hotels.
4.Can dig into deep demands and pain point of key decision maker and target customer company,
5.Made exactly proposal to target the demands of decision maker and make sure to satisfy the customer.
6.Be responsible for whole project process control: budget forecast-solution design-biding-close won.
7.Work closely with Company headquarter and local service team to take care of long-term technical support plans, including setting up knowledge transfer and training programs.
8.Be full responsible for sales turn over of hotel vertical business.
Requirements:
1.Worked at least 10 years at top hotel companies o top FM companies towards hotels is a MUST
2.Super strong personal relationship networking.
3.Diligent, open-minded, responsible and quick learner
4.Language skills: Native Japanese and good English(O Chinese)
5.Team player, good communication, coordination skills, good at analyzing and solving problems
6.Frequent business travel is required
酒店垂直大客户经理
岗位职责:
1.与主要客户和大型终端用户建立牢固的业务关系;
2.清楚了解酒店垂直行业的决策者结构;
3.能够建立与顶级酒店关键决策者的关系;
4.深入挖掘关键决策者和目标客户公司的需求和痛点;
5.针对决策者的需求提出准确的建议,确保客户满意;
6.负责项目全过程控制:预算预测方案设计投标中标;
7.与集团总部和当地服务团队密切合作,制定长期技术支持计划,包括建立知识转移和培训计划;
8.全面负责酒店垂直业务的销售周转。
任职资格:
1.必须在顶级酒店公司或顶级FM公司从事酒店工作至少10年;
2.超强的人际关系网络;
3.勤奋、开明、负责、快速学习;
4.语言技能:日语母语和良好的英语(OR中文);
5.团队合作精神,良好的沟通协调能力,善于分析和解决问题;
6.需要经常出差。
