OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB
Assess and establish business continuity on client engagements to reduce business risk for Accenture and our clients.
Responsibilities/Accountability:
• Business Continuity
• Support the Business Continuity Management (BCM) program across business and functions as per the Accenture BCM policy and methodology
• Supports the alignment of new clients and/or services to the business continuity program
• Liaise with Accenture business projects / functions to provide guidance on the development of business continuity plans
• Provides input or guidance to the business projects / functions to maintain all business continuity documentation and processes required
• Provides support to required assessments and tests related to the business continuity
• Support communication and training programs for the business projects / functions to provide effective management of the business continuity program
• Develops themselves as a subject matter expert to provide support and guidance in development of business continuity plans
• Support the BCM incident management activities within the crisis management processes and monitor lesson learned related to BCM
• Tracks compliance to the agreed business continuity controls through ongoing reviews
• Contribute towards the development of tools, processes, methodology and standardization for the business continuity program so it remains relevant and compliant with industry standards
Basic Qualification:
• College degree, major in Computer science.
• Minimum of 2 years’ work experience involving in Business continuity or related fields such as security or Risk & Compliance.
• Good at Japanese communication, both verbal and written.
• Basic English communication, both verbal and written.
• Have transition experiences are preferred.
• Have project management or IT related experiences is a plus.
Professional Skill Requirements
• Deep understanding on BCM domain, framework and processes or related fields such as security or Risk & Compliance.
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
