Job Summary
Deal with most administration work at Corporate Service team as a main administrator. Such as payments process, accounting list, filing, Business Card and ISO data input.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct the business card for Japan employee.
• Process the payment program including checking receipt, apply for the order, request payment etc.
• Allocate tasks effectively to leverage the available skills and resources
• Monitor progress of activities to ensure requirements and milestones are met
• Drive activities to meet requirements (e.g., timelines, quality, and costs)
• Develop modifications or innovations to address limitations of existing approaches to a problem
• Drive improvements, Innovation and new practices
• Proactively contributes to employee concerns / engagement and team morale
