Job description
• Process T&E Expense Reimbursement in client specific system
• Log analyst’s touch points with clients in client’s system and make records
• Update daily report log
• Prepare monthly or quarterly reports for the management
Skill Set Required
• Ability to stay motivated and work effectively under stress, high attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility and responsiveness
• Comfortable in working with proprietary software/ technological products
• Well spoken English and Japanese, Good oral and written communication skills
• Comfortable with MS Excel, Word
• Be strict to implement any client specific policy or procedure
• Able to respond to requests in an efficient and professional way
• Be comfortable in talking to people across divisions/ departments and levels
