详细工作内容
Sponsored Products and Sponsored Brands are cost-per-click (CPC) self-serve ad programs in the Amazon Advertising world. In support to the Amazon Advertising’s business, we at Ad Success Team (AST) are building a group of energetic and highly motivated Onboarding Specialists. As an Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible to help equip them to identify the Advertising business opportunity, review their product listings, create advertising campaigns and help them adopt high value actions on their account to influence their success in advertising.
Core responsibilities include:
• Adheres to standard work instructions (SOPs) and ensures no deviations from the standard operating procedures
• Serves as main point of contact for advertisers and act as an enabler to Sales & Marketing initiatives via 1:1 outreach programs
• Provide Onboarding support along with setting up campaigns for new and existing Advertisers
• Provide Onboarding and lightweight optimization support for new and existing Advertisers
• Respond promptly & accurately to advertiser queries and help them resolve issues with regards to their campaigns
• Identify opportunities to improve Amazon products based on customer feedback, data analysis, and feature gaps with competitive products
Basic Qualifications:
• Fluent in Japanese language in listening, speaking, reading and writing
• Passionate about online business, e-commerce and sales
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment
• Advanced computer literacy especially in Microsoft Office applications – Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint
