详细工作内容
Role & Responsibilities:
Provide online customer service for overseas users. Respond user questions in a timely manner and provide enthusiastic service;
Familiar with the product, can accurately find where the users' problems are, and cooperate with internal products and technical colleagues to solve problems;
Regularly summarize user feedback and suggestions, provide insights for product optimization, thus improve user experience;
Responsible for the language localization of product and marketing content, including translation and review;
Support other tasks required for the growth of the Japanese market.
Job Requirement:
Bachelor degree or above, relevant work experience is preferred;
Native speaker of Japanese, fluent in English, Chinese is preferred;
Strong sense of responsibility, good spirit of collaboration and service;
Have good copywriting skills and communication skills.
工作内容:
负责海外用户的在线咨询回复,及时响应并提供热情的服务;
熟悉产品,能准确定位用户问题,并协同内部产品、技术同事解决用户问题;
汇总用户的反馈建议,为产品优化提供建议,提升用户体验;
负责产品及运营内容的日语翻译及审核,为日语本地化负责;
支持其他日语市场运营所需工作。
职责要求:
本科及以上学历,有相关工作经验优先;
日语native speaker,英语流畅,会中文优先;
责任心强,有良好的协作精神和服务精神;
有良好的文案功底和沟通能力。
