Overseas User Experience Specialist

Role & Responsibilities: Provide online customer service for overseas users. Respond user questions in a timely manner and provide enthusiastic service; Familiar with the product, can accurately find where the users' problems are, and cooperate with internal products and technical colleagues to solve problems; Regularly summarize user feedback and suggestions, provide insights for product optimization, thus improve user experience; Responsible for the language localization of product and marketing content, including translation and review; Support other tasks required for the growth of the Japanese market. Job Requirement: Bachelor degree or above, relevant work experience is preferred; Native speaker of Japanese, fluent in English, Chinese is preferred; Strong sense of responsibility, good spirit of collaboration and service; Have good copywriting skills and communication skills. 工作内容： 负责海外用户的在线咨询回复，及时响应并提供热情的服务； 熟悉产品，能准确定位用户问题，并协同内部产品、技术同事解决用户问题； 汇总用户的反馈建议，为产品优化提供建议，提升用户体验； 负责产品及运营内容的日语翻译及审核，为日语本地化负责； 支持其他日语市场运营所需工作。 职责要求： 本科及以上学历，有相关工作经验优先； 日语native speaker，英语流畅，会中文优先； 责任心强，有良好的协作精神和服务精神； 有良好的文案功底和沟通能力。
