岗位职责:
• 负责区域战略规划和执行,带领团队有效地完成目标
• 积极开拓新市场,改善客户体验,提高客户满意度
• 规范团队工作流程,优化SOP;树立积极的企业形象,不断提高品牌价值
• 制定区域营销策略,带领团队高效执行方案,达成目标
• 准备与分析每月,每季度和每年的报表,分析诊断运营状况
岗位要求:
• 具有3-5年市场营销、业务拓展团队的管理和运营经验
• 对O2O、互联网行业工作有深刻认知,具备把握方向和大局的能力
• 认真负责,具备良好的团队合作精神,乐于接受挑战
• 具备良好的人际交往、业务谈判能力,吃苦耐劳,能承压能力
• 中文、日文(N2以上)、英文流利,可以与当地顾客流利沟通

Responsibility
• Responsible for regional strategic planning and execution, leading the team to complete targets effectively
• Actively developing new markets, improving customer experience and satisfaction
• Standardize operation procedures
• Create and execute regional marketing strategies
• Build a positive corporate image, continuously increasing brand value
• Preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, analyses, and reports of operations and finances.
• Assist City Managers to effectively execute all sectors of the delivery operation
Requirements
• 5 years of O2O, Tech company work experience, at least 3-year and more Business development or sale experience
• Experience in team management and willing to learn new things
• The ideal candidate with business insight, strategic thinking, leadership, and creativity
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal ability
• Fluent Mandarin, Japanese and English
