详细工作内容
工作内容:为埃森哲日本提供人事端业务支持,包括人员入离职手续办理/各种证明书开具/SAP系统管理员工信息/薪酬福利计算/绩效评定/跨国员工手续办理等。
职位要求:日语一级相当,英语读写,HRO经验最优先,欢迎应届留学生,Excel熟练者优先
OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB :
Analyst will be responsible for executing the data entry and maintenance tasks required by local S/D team;
give analysis/advisory solutions to any questions from customer and operation team for the responsible processes;
provide reports as required from myScheduling to support country resource management.
Responsibilities/Authorities:
The analyst will execute a range of processes within the HRSS Dalian, including but not limited to:
• Create/update demand data
• Employee calendar booking and update
• Scheduling reporting
• Roll off visibility process
• Other resources management related processes
• Resource Forecasting/planning related processes
The data for demand/calendar will be provided in pre-populated templates from country HR and data entry must be
completed within the specified timeframe
要求:
•日语一级相当,口语比较流利,英语读写;
•BPO工作经验,HRO经验尤佳,留学经验者优先;
•熟练掌握excel者优先;
•有责任心,能承受一定工作压力。

• Education: College Degree and/or relevant professional qualification
• Work Experience: related work experience preferred, Welcome overseas New Graduate
• Good working knowledge of Excel preferred
• Strong ability to read, understand and execute directions which will be provided in Japanese;Basic English
