Acuity is currently looking for dedicated and motivated individuals who have strong leadership, organizational and teamwork skills for its research team based in Beijing.
Under the supervision of clients and team supervisor, research analyst is expected to conduct and execute:
• Company research, company profile
• Industry research, macro research
• Deal analysis
• Trading comps, transaction comps
• Financial modeling
• Case studies
• Investment Memo, pitch book
• Newsletter
Required Background
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Japanese
• Prior 1year+ experience of supporting PE / VC funds at research and analytics firms preferred
• Superior strategic analysis capabilities & strong project management skills
• Knowledge and understanding of the dynamics of sector such as cohort analysis, unit economics, growth valuation
• Ability and appetite to work in high complexity – fast turnaround situations
• Superior problem solving abilities and strong analytical thinking to seek the why, how and so-what of a problem statement and ability to think multiple/alternative solutions to a given problem
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office products, such as, Power Point, Excel and Word to deliver the desired output in a creative manner
