详细工作内容
1.Resolves Japanese guest challenges throughout their stay in our hotel; upgrades guests as required; promotes hotel services.
对日籍客人入住期间的各种需求和问题予以快速解决,销售酒店各项产品确保利润最大化。
2.Greets Japanese guests, provides hotel services with accuracy and efficiency.
负责接待入店日籍客人,为客人提供准确、高效的咨询服务。
3. Takes responsibility to the daily Japanese translation issue.
负责前厅部的日常日语翻译工作。
4. Keeps the good relationship with the Japanese guests in the hotel.
与入店日籍客人保持良好的关系。
5. Keeps good communication with Business Development Department, coordinates the work which related to Business Development Department.
与销售部保持良好的沟通,负责与销售部的协调工作。
6. Provides additional Japanese assistance to the guests if necessary.
如有需要为客人提供更多日语协助。
7.Ability to read, listen and communicate effectively Japanese, both verbally and in writing.
能用日语有效的倾听和进行沟通。
8. Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact and diplomacy to defuse anger, collect accurate information and resolve conflicts.
