business operation(Cisco)

Work closely with the Distributors in Japan on areas like partner registration, unregistered POS management and clean up activities for rebate recognition

New distributor onboarding activities for Japan region. This requires working closely with cross functional teams within Cisco

Distributor contract renewal activities (once every quarter)

Distributor Performance Management in the Grow and Invest tracks. This requires working closely with the Cisco distribution org and executing the following activities

Quarterly target set in DMP tool

Targets review and adjustment with Disti Lead and DPAM (Japan only)

Targets submission in DMP tool (Japan only)

Quarterly payment process w/APJC Finance

Enablement and trainings (via create Japanese slides and trainings)

Budget Allocation

Activity submission and approve follow up

Claim submission follow up / Problem resolving of On Hold Claims

Enablement and trainings (via create Japanese slides and trainings)

Sending emails to Japan Distributors on Price changes and Programs/ Promotions

Ad hoc reporting activities to support the Japan distribution business

Criteria for consideration

Candidate based in Dalian and support the Japan business

Foundational knowledge of Cisco Operations or Customer Service processes (preferable)

Prior experience in working with Cisco would be a plus (not mandatory)

Japanese language proficiency (written, spoken and reading) - mandatory

English language proficiency (written, spoken and reading) – mandatory

Chinese language proficiency (not a must, just optional)

Medium level proficiency in Microsoft excel, word and power point
