Key Objectives of Position
Analyse sales performance and sales trends to assist managers in planning and forecasting.
Coordinate sales departments to adjust forecast ensure the target rationality, and keep interlock to control the actual trend.
Do price comparison business of competitive commodities, analyze the price relationship, and then provide promotional plans and price proposals.
Day-To-Day Responsibilities
Daily sellin/orderload actual tracking.
Weekly sellin/sellout/inventory trend analysis.
Follow business partner deal opportunity and order/sellin status.
Interlock with headquarter sales to align the target figure.
Discuss with manager to give solution for planning&actual gap.
Keep interlock with supply team to control the supply demand status and report the real-time situation.
Support planning manager to do short-term and long-term business planning.
Do weekly market research to find the competitive commodities and compare with product.
Provide the proposal for promotional plan and price reduction.
Key Competencies Needed
Native-level Japanese and Business-level English (writing are required)
Highly advanced user of MS Office suite, particularly Excel and Access
Excellent analytical skills. Superior knowledge of demand planning analysis and detailed insight to market trend.
Communication and interpersonal skills / Project management experience
Ability to prioritize tasks across multiple activities
Self-motivated with pro-active mentalit
