详细工作内容
Job description
• End-to-end responsibility of workflow management for all translation requests
• Point of contact between analysts and freelance/outside translators
• Troubleshoot any operational issues raised by freelance/outside translators
• Assign work to freelance/outside translators ensuring adequate bandwidth at all times
• Ensure the research publication schedule of analysts is consistently adhered to
• Comply with established policies and guidelinesMaintain and update the client databases from time to time
• Maintain and analyze MIS providing periodic dashboards to key stakeholders
• Prepare Japanese documents in the system
• Ensure the quality of the translation output
• Other related administration tasks like access arrangement, invoice processing, etc.
Skill Set Required
• Strong communication skills
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Japanese, prefer native Japanese speaker
• Highly organized and proficient at working independently to manage tight deadlines
• An effective and collaborative approach to working with externa translators
• Working hours: 9:00-17:00 JST (1 hour break), Mon-Fri
