岗位职责
Ensure that the customer satisfaction is constantly improving and therefore guaranteed.
确保客户满意度得到不断的改善和提高
Carry out emergency activities in case of customer complaints,arrange product replacement and have re-inspection in stock, and report to the customer about the progress of countermeasures.
客诉时执行紧急措施,安排产品更换及在库重检,汇报客户对策进展情况。
Carry out emergency activities in case of market claim, recovery of bad sample, analyze the reason, and report to customer about analysis results within the required time, and decide whether or not to have the claim, claim rate according the results.
市场索赔时执行紧急措施,回收不良样件,分析原因,在规定时间内汇报客户分析结果,并依据分析结果判断是否执行索赔及索赔比率。
Collect the product quality information from the customer and timely convey to the factory
从客户处收集产品质量信息并及时传达至生产工厂。
Analyze the reject parts from the customer, set the containment actions for customer. Feedback to the factory timely about detailed reason of the reject parts, and make a long-term strategy.
分析客户处的拒收品,制定临时对策。同时向生产工厂及时反映拒收详细情况及制定长期对策。
Create and monitor the implementation of quality benchmark of Japanese check line, make a confirmation and final judgement for the NG parts, and feedback to the factory about the NG product and the result.
制定并监督执行日本检查线的品质基准,对检查出的不良件进行品质确认及最终判断,报告给生产工厂不良情况及处理结果。
Regular visit customer, looking for the potential improvement actions.
定期拜访客户,寻找潜在的改善措施。
