| 福利待遇和带薪休假 | CORE DUTIES -Partner with Mid-market sales team and work with merchants to expand business, grow their existing revenue by upselling products and feature sets that are most applicable to their business model, industry, selling behaviors, and particular situation, as well as other elements of relationship management (50%) -Working directly with merchants on the phone/email or F2F to address and resolve merchant questions, concerns and issues. (20%) -Working with other departments to address and resolve merchant questions, concerns and issues. (15%) -Researching and problem solving in order to resolve merchant questions, concerns and issues. (10%) -Industry and product related continual learning (5%) Qualifications: •Fluent in Japanese and English, Location in Shanghai. •Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience. •Excellent organizational, communication (written and oral), and interpersonal skills. •Self-motivated, outcome-focused independent teammate •Skill in focusing on desired results, determining what is important and urgent, clarifying next steps, and delegating effectively to meet deadlines and achieve desired results •Excellent Customer Relationship skills with strategic thinking mindset •Excellent data probing and readout skill •Excellent teamwork spirit and think end-to-end beyond silos •Knowledge on card scheme and payment process are preferred •Strong working knowledge of external systems, PC based internet and software applications (The Internet, Microsoft Office - Outlook, Excel and Powerpoint) EXPERIENCE -Minimum 4-5 years of working experience. -Previous background related to Account management in one or more of the following areas preferred: E-commerce, payments processor, or Financial institution. - Inbound and outbound upsell experience with existing clients. |
