Job Description(工作描述):
1. Read and reply to correspondence within SLA’s as defined for the specific communication channel.
负责处理与回复客人及公司内部的邮件,按照公司要求与客人进行沟通。
2. Facilitate completion of documentation process
负责航运文件流程。
3. Handle cargo shipments as per manuals, guidelines and policies.
按照货物处理流程的要求,处理系统录入与单证整理。
4. System Workflow attendance and reply within timeframe
在规定的时间内,处理与回复公司单证流程管理中的咨询。
5. Assist customers with their issues keeping close communication with our co-workers locally in order to ensure prompt exception handling.
与分公司销售部合作,共同跟进客户的需求,维护公司客户。
7. Deliver customer experience as outline by CENCS
提高客户满意度。
Position Specifications (职位要求):
1. Education and Experience(学历和经验要求):
University or college graduate.
大专以上毕业。
2. Skills Required(技能要求):
Good communication skills required.
良好的沟通能力。
Language: Fluent Japanese and Workable English required.
日语流利, 英文具备读写能力。(日语过N1或专八)
Must have computer experience: Excel, Word, and Power Point.
熟练操作各种办公软件,如MS软件等;
