Tasks
1) Delivers onsite and remote services:
Delivery Onsite & Remote Services for MaxAttention, Safeguarding and Mission Critical
Support (Escalations & Task forces, MCS Back office) including Optimization, Assessment, Technical Integration/ Validation, Empowering trainings and workshopsPerforms root cause analysis, provides solutions, and delivers services for specific fields / areasDelivers standard remote services (e.g. EW, GL, …)Learns to deliver onsite services as functional expert for broad area of topicsDelivers at least one type of optimization serviceCovers at least one area of expertise within E2E Solution Operations:
E2E Root Cause Analysis and diagnostics (incl. certification)E2E Change Control ManagementE2E Business Process Integration and Automation ManagementE2E Enterprise SOADelivers technical integration validation:
Performance analysis and optimization of E2E business processesData consistency analysisCheck of critical interfaces regarding performance and transactional correctness
2) Ensures that services and documentation are available and up-to-date for the respective area of expertise
3) Takes over back office responsibilities for a specific area of expertise
Participates in weekend support activitiesReports errors to development organizations
Language Requirements
Proficiency in Japanese or Korean language is a mustGood and effective spoken and written English skills is a mustEducation
Degree in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Engineering or similarPrerequisites
