详细工作内容
岗位职责 Responsibility:
1. 通过邮件、电话的方式和日本客户沟通,提供售前售后的相关信息咨询;
Getting Japanese customers’ inquiries and providing solution by call and e-mail
2. 协助客查询订单的更新处理,处理一般投诉。
Communication among partners to solve problems
任职资格 Requirements:
1. 精通日语;
Proficient in Japanese;
2. 熟练掌握办公软件,会使用 Word、Excel 等办公软件与邮件收发;
One who is skilled at MS office;
3. 有较强的客户服务意识;
One who is willing to render affectionate service to others;
4. 有较好的沟通能力,有呼叫中心客服相关工作经验者优先;
One who wants to be professional service provider with refined words and precisely
intended tone of voice skill
