详细工作内容
Coordinate customers, sales team, credit control team and production sites to provide professional support on order & customer inquiry fulfilment and complaints handling and payment settlement, ensure OTC (Order to Cash) process are carried out smoothly and effectively with a high service level for external & internal customers.
2.Need cross function communications through whole business process, e.g. sales and marketing team, production sites, quality control department, warehouse, planning, distribution team and shared service team like sourcing, finance.
3.Must have knowledge of large diversity of products and awareness of customer service.
4.Understand and update SAP knowledge is necessary to support business expansion with DNP and new projects of other business units.
5.Need continuous learning of order processing related concept following professional skills trends and updated knowledge of work, delivering professional service to the customers.
