Alibaba Cloud-Global Technical Support Engineer-Japan(Hangzhou/Beijing)
Roles & Responsibilities: 

1. The role provides technical support directly to customers using problem determination and technical analytical skills, to ensure customers’ business is running well. 
2. Troubleshoot and resolve Network, Server, Storage, Database etc problems of our customers. Develop related implantation plan, and provide support in the deployment. 
3. Develop, document, and communicate technical solutions to customers and collaborate with Alibaba Cloud internal teams to achieve it. 
4. Provide industry level or enterprise level support. 
5. Summary support experience and build the knowledge base, improving productivity, mentoring team members, and contribute to high customer satisfaction. 
6. Based on job experience, provide recommendation to improve the existing technical support tools, procedures and processes.
Requirments：
1. Match at least 2 requirements of below: 
a) 2+ years of Linux/Windows maintenance/development experience, system crash troubleshooting experience. 
b) Familiar with network and TCP/IP protocol, experienced in network related troubleshooting. 
c) Familiar with installation, configuration and troubleshooting of common databases (MySQL, SQLServer, PostgreSQL). 
d) Familiar with at least one industry system architecture, like e-commerce web system, or multimedia streaming system. It is better to have the system implantation experience. 
e) Familiar with Shell/Perl/Python or other scripting languages. 
f) Familiar with web service configuration tools (Apache、IIS、NGINX), and has experience with troubleshooting. 
g) Familiar with Hadoop ecosystem and architecture, know MR or Hive task optimization, have Spark usage and develop experience is a plus. 
h) Familiar with Alibaba Cloud produces (ECS/SLB/OSS/RDS/ODPS) is a plus. 
2. Self-motivated, quick learner and with strong problem solving ability. 
3. Good documentation ability and team collaboration skills. 
4. Strong communication skills and able to provide timely and accurate responses to customers’ inquires. 
5. Ability to remain calm under all situation, and can properly prioritize when multi-threading. 
6. 1-5 years of enterprise customer support experience is a plus. 
7. Accept 24*7 support model. 
8. Can fluently communication with English-speaking and Japanese-speaking customers through chat or phone.
